Reviewer verdict

Across 11 YouTube reviews, the NordicTrack X24 earns a Summa score of 4/5, ranking #61 among Treadmills. Reviewers most often praise its tech integration, features, performance, while the most common criticisms concern value, features.

The X24 is widely praised for its deep tech integration and smart iFit ecosystem, with reviewers repeatedly noting the responsive new tablet, built-in streaming apps (Netflix, Spotify, Prime Video), Bluetooth audio, automatic firmware updates, and a large library of workouts — these tech and software strengths were mentioned most often across reviews. Reviewers also frequently highlighted feature richness such as smart adjust/active pulse training, quick-touch incline and speed controls in the UI, multiple training programs and personalized metrics, and useful hardware add-ons like fans and a magnetic safety key. Performance and versatility received strong support as well, with many reviewers calling out the treadmill’s extreme incline/decline range, fast top speeds, and powerful motor that enable hiking-style and running workouts. Comfort and build were additional common positives, with consistent mentions of a cushioned, large deck, effective shock absorption, and stable construction.

Criticisms clustered around cost, subscription dependency, and customer support: multiple reviewers called out the high price, extra fees/return restocking and long customer service wait times, and noted that much of the console functionality requires an iFit subscription. Several reviewers objected to design and control changes, specifically the removal of physical speed/incline buttons and absence of a media shelf or off-screen controls, plus some reports of touchscreen responsiveness issues. Comfort and usability concerns appeared less often but included a relatively tall step-up height and saddle/handlebar fit issues for some users, while a smaller group raised durability and warranty limitations including short electronics/parts coverage and worries about motor/motherboard failures.
