Reviewers praise the Pro 9000 (2023) for its extensive feature set and strong tech integration, with many citing the large HD touchscreen, numerous built-in workout apps and iFit support (mentioned repeatedly across reviews). The treadmill’s powerful motors and wide incline/decline range, plus quiet smooth operation, are frequently noted and contribute to reviewers calling it capable for walks to long runs. Comfort and durability come up often too: reviewers commonly mention the roomy 22x60 or 20x60 inch deck, ProShox cushioning, solid steel frame and stable construction. Value and footprint are also recurring positives: multiple reviewers describe it as a mid‑range treadmill that blurs home and gym quality, folds for storage, and offers reasonable price/value for its features and build quality.

Criticisms center on usability and service issues, most notably the requirement for an iFit subscription to access many programs and occasional complaints about customer service and warranty limitations. Several reviewers report durability and performance problems such as belt drift or shaking, noisy components at higher speeds, and assembly difficulties. Other recurring negatives include weight limits (around 300–375 lb mentioned), heavy overall weight affecting portability, and some tech/connectivity annoyances like inconsistent chest strap or Apple Watch pairing and limits on streaming support.
